As the data controller, Green Straits Denizcilik ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company” or “our Company”), registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under registration number 1003989 and headquartered at Barbaros Mah., Kardelen Sk., Palladium Tower, Kat: 23, 34746 Ataşehir, Istanbul, Türkiye, provides the following clarification notice within the scope of our obligation to inform under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law") and secondary legislation, regarding personal data obtained from data subjects through forms on this website and email correspondence.

Purpose, Collection Method, and Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

The Company processes personal data limited to the purposes of responding to enquiries and quote requests submitted via our website contact forms, coordinating maritime agency services, conducting necessary communication during service delivery, and executing emergency procedures. Data may be collected through website forms, email, and telephone. Processing is based on explicit consent where required, necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, and legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed, in compliance with the fundamental principles of the Law and with necessary administrative and technical measures.

• Request notification to third parties in case of correction or deletion
• Object to results arising solely from automated processing
• Request compensation if damage occurs due to unlawful processing
